EARLY IQ EDUCATION, Math Skills
Critical Thinking Math enables students to develop depth perception, reasoning, and problem-solving skills, and covers the following study areas: Patterns and Relationships, Geometry, Measurement, Problem Solving, and Reasoning.
Classroom is set up for students to work using instructional material and manipulative material. This differentiated learning environment allows students to engage in problem solving, collaboration, and discussion around mathematical concepts.
Differentiated instruction is a teaching practice that ensures all students are actively engaged in the learning process. Differentiated instruction requires teachers to be flexible in their teaching approach.
*Stage One of EARLY IQ EDUCATION, Math Skills:
Exploring math has never been easier and more fun! EARLY IQ EDUCATION Math offers visual and kinetic representation of math concepts that develop strong math knowledge like; representing and comparing numbers, counting in consecutive increasing and decreasing order, skip counting, describing shapes and space. Every lesson is a games or activity that foster curiosity, discussion and growth through cooperation, collaboration and creative, critical and executive thinking:
*Stage Two of EARLY IQ EDUCATION, Math Skills:
Each individual lesson offers visual and kinetic representation of math concepts that develop strong math knowledge like; developing understanding of addition and subtraction, expanding understanding of place value with groupings in tens and ones, developing understanding of linear measurement and expanding understanding of attributes of shapes and objects.
Each individual lesson offers visual and kinetic representation of math concepts that develop strong math knowledge like; expanding understanding of base-ten, building fluency with addition and subtraction, using standard units of measurement, describing and analyzing shapes.
*Stage Three of EARLY IQ EDUCATION, Math Skills:
Each individual lesson offers visual and kinetic representation of math concepts that develop strong math knowledge like; developing understanding and fluency of multiplication and division with in 100. Developing an understanding of fraction especially unit fractions. Evolving understanding of the structure of rectangular arrays and area.
*Stage Four of EARLY IQ EDUCATION, Math Skills:
developing understanding and fluency of multi-digit multiplication and developing an understanding of dividing to find quotients. Evolving understanding of fraction equivalence, adding and subtracting fractions with like denominators and understanding geometric classifications.
